Players must be AA or AAA

6 teams in each division, top 4 teams make the playoffs
10 players and 1 goalie per team (recommended)

OHC elite spring program will offer players 18 on ice sessions
6 weeks of development, three skates weekly
Sessions will include skating, skills and scrimmages
Players must be AA level or approved
